All Original Art Includes Free Shipping In Australia

Your art piece will be shipped within 5 business days of your order being processed. Please allow a week for delivery.

All Art over over 3kg, or 30 inches (80cm) will be removed from stretcher bars and shipped in a tube. It less expensive this way as postage can be quite extreme. You can take your painting to a framer and have it stretched. If you would prefer your painting left stretched please send me a request for a shipping quote.

Original Art is shipped from Australia. From the time of your order, your art will be shipped within 4 business days. Arrival time depends on the country you reside in.

Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your art piece has been shipped.

International taxes

International taxes and import fees might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient, if applicable.

 

 

 

 

Refunds and Exchanges

 

Original art, prints and other items

Original Art Pieces are carefully wrapped in many layers and boxed for shipping or rolled in a tube for International Delivery. My aim is for you to open your art piece and everything is perfect.

Please choose carefully as refund or exchange is only offered for damaged items.

In the event your item arrives damaged, please take images of the packaging before it is opened and contact me within 3 days through my contact form. I will request images and supply you with a replacement or refund for original art where appropriate.
